Christ the King Lutheran Church is a member congregation of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod. We gladly and joyfully believe, teach, and confess the doctrine of the evangelical Christian faith as it is taught by the Holy Scriptures and faithfully confessed in the Book of Concord of 1580.

We are committed to the pure preaching of the Word and the right administration of the Holy Sacrament, catechesis of all people in the Christian faith, and liturgical worship consistent with our Reformation heritage. We preach Jesus Christ crucified, risen, and reigning for the salvation of the world.

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith --and not by yourselves, it is the gift from God -- not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do                                                                                     Eph 2:8-10
